Новости Shell Launcher - The shell to use if your computer is running slow

Sometimes when starting Windows the computer becomes real slow and explorer.exe hangs, so, for that i have came up with this small utility that has the purpose of replacing the inicialization of the machine. Shell Launcher has only one purpose and that is give the option to the user of choosing between explorer.exe or cmd.exe to start.

Info:
To fully use this utility you will have to manualy change the registry entry for explorer.exe. Also In order for this utility to work the archive must be extracted to a folder and that folder must contain both shortcuts (*.lnk)

This is nice program, but if i see what my pc start work slowly i make reboot or re install OC

В 2017 у кого еще остались такие проблемы . Комп не тянет , надо срочно перезагрузить комп . Ну , хотя , бедная Россия , кто-его знает .
